Return Policy

We want you to be happy!

The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns for up to 10 days from the date your order is delivered. You'll have to cover the return shipping (unless the item is damaged upon arrival in which case we'll cover the return shipping too), but we'll give you store credit or a refund for any item you want to return! Please note, there are two exceptions to our return policy... items denoted as "Blind Box" may only be returned if they are un-opened...and original art may not be returned under any circumstances if received undamaged.

So, now what do I do?

To start a return please log into your account, then click on "Your Order History and Status." Locate the order number of the item you wish to return and click on "Order Details." At the bottom of the page click on "Request a Return Merchandise Authorization" and follow the instructions. We'll contact you once we receive the details of your request and let you know how to proceed. Thanks!
