Holiday 2012 Shipping Guidelines

These are guidelines for the last day you can place an order and reasonably expect it to arrive at it's destination by December 25, 2012. While not guaranteed by USPS or UPS, we'll do our best to get your order shipped quickly and then it's in their hands! Thanks.

Domestic Shipping

Order by 2PM (Central Time) on Thursday, December 20.

Order by 2PM (Central Time) on Friday, December 21.

Order by 12 Noon (Central Time) on Saturday, December 22.

Delivery takes anywhere from 1 to 5 business days and depends heavily on destination. Check out this form on the UPS Web Site and enter 60614 as the Shipped From Zip Code.

If you choose our $5 Flat Rate shipping option orders are shipped by either Priority Mail or UPS Ground (if they are heavier). Please see our estimates for those two options for your best estimate.

International Shipping*

Order by 2PM on Friday, December 14 for orders shipping to Asia, Australia, Mexico or Europe.
Order by 2PM on Monday, December 17 for orders shipping to Canada.

Order by 2PM on Monday, December 10 for orders shipping to Asia, Australia, Mexico or Europe.
Order by 2PM on Thursday, December 13 for orders shipping to Canada.

* Orders shipped via First-Class International to certain destinations may still arrive prior to December 25, but there are no guarantees. In our experience First Class *can* deliver to Europe in as little as a week, but sometimes (inexplicably) takes up to 8 weeks. For that reason we don't recommend it at all for time-sensitive orders.
